Shift Close Report

In Aegis Software, the "Shift Close Report" icon likely refers to a report generated at the end of a work shift that summarizes key details about the shift’s activities. This report could include:

Key Elements of a Shift Close Report:

  1. Attendance: A list of employees who clocked in and out during the shift, including any absences or late arrivals.
  2. Work Summary: A summary of tasks completed during the shift, highlighting any important events or issues that occurred.
  3. Shift Performance: Metrics related to performance (e.g., number of tasks completed, issues resolved).
  4. Financial Information: If applicable, details on any transactions or revenue generated during the shift (e.g., sales, cash handling).
  5. Issues or Complaints: Any complaints or issues that arose during the shift, including follow-up actions or escalations.
  6. Inventory or Material Usage: If relevant, details on inventory consumed or materials used during the shift.

Purpose of the Shift Close Report:

  • Recordkeeping: Helps track operational activities and ensures accountability.

To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Shift Close Report. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
