Gate Pass Item Setup

The "Gate Pass Item Setup" in Aegis Software refers to configuring and managing the items that are associated with gate passes. This could involve:

• Defining Item Types: Set up various items (e.g., materials, equipment, goods) that may require a gate pass for entry or exit.
• Tracking Items: Assign specific details like quantity, description, or serial numbers for better tracking and accountability.
• Approval and Permissions: Define who can authorize the movement of these items and under what conditions.
• Monitoring: Ensure that each item is logged correctly when issued or returned, tracking its movement through the system.

This setup helps to manage the movement of materials or items securely and efficiently.

To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Gate Pass Item Setup. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
