Membership Group Setup

The "Membership Group Setup" in Aegis Software refers to configuring and managing groups of members within a membership program. This setup typically involves:

  • Creating Membership Groups: Grouping members based on specific criteria, such as their interests, membership level, region, or other attributes.
  • Assigning Benefits: Allocating specific benefits or rewards to each group, which can vary from one group to another.
  • Group Permissions: Setting access rights or privileges for each group, ensuring members within a group have the appropriate access or rewards.
  • Tracking Group Performance: Monitoring group activities, progress, or interactions, which can help in offering tailored services or promotions.

To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >>Membership Group Setup. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
