Membership Setup

The "Membership Setup" in Aegis Software refers to configuring the overall structure and settings for a membership program within the system. This typically involves:

  • Defining Membership Types: Creating different membership categories, such as standard, premium, or VIP, based on the services or benefits offered.
  • Setting Membership Duration: Configuring the start and end dates for memberships, renewal policies, or subscription periods.
  • Assigning Benefits: Defining what each membership type will receive, such as discounts, exclusive content, or special privileges.
  • Registration Process: Setting up how members can join, including registration forms, approval workflows, and payment processing if applicable.
  • Tracking Member Data: Organizing and storing important member information such as contact details, membership status, and activity logs.

To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Membership Setup. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
