Guest Status Setup
The "Guest Status Setup" in Aegis Software refers to configuring and managing the status categories or permissions assigned to guests (e.g., visitors, external contractors) within the system. It typically involves:
- Defining Guest Types: Set up different statuses such as "Visitor," "Contractor," "Vendor," etc.
- Access Permissions: Assign specific access rights based on the guest's role or reason for visiting (e.g., restricted areas, time limit).
- Approval Workflow: Set up the process for approving guest access (e.g., admin approval, gate pass issuance).
- Duration: Define the time period for which the guest status is valid (e.g., one day, one week).
This setup ensures that guests have appropriate access and their visit is properly managed.
To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Guest Status Setup. You will see the following screen. After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
