Complaint Report
In Aegis Software, the "COMPLAINT REPORT" icon likely refers to a feature that allows users to generate, view, or track reports related to complaints filed within the system. This could be used for:
- Viewing Complaints: Accessing a list of complaints that have been submitted by employees, clients, or customers.
- Generating Reports: Creating detailed reports on the status, types, and resolution of complaints for review by management or other departments.
- Tracking Resolution: Monitoring the progress of complaints from submission to resolution, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Complaint Report. You will see the following screen. After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
