Payment Mode
Payment mode refers to the methods or channels through which a buyer makes payment to a seller for goods or services. Setting up payment modes involves determining and offering various options to accommodate customer preferences and facilitate smooth transactions.
To add the Payment Terms, go to Application >> General Setup >> Payment Mode
Press Alt+2 to add the Payment Mode. You will see the following screen fill the required fields and press Ctrl+S to save the information.
Edit The Payment Mode Setup:
To edit the Payment Mode, go to Application >> General Setup >> Payment Mode.
From the list click on option icon and click on Change button. You will see the following screen fill the required fields and press Ctrl+S to update the information.
You can view the added information in a list by pressing Alt +1 and filter the result from Search, Clear or Synchronize data as per the requirements.
To print or export data to excel click on print and export excel icon at right hand side.

To add the Exchange Rate Setup, go to Application >> General Setup >>Exchange Rate Setup
You will see the following screen fill the required fields and press Ctrl+ S to save the information.
It must be updated daily before performing any billing transaction
