Auto Report Setup

The "Auto Report Setup" in Aegis Software allows users to automatically generate and send reports at specified intervals without manual intervention. Key features include:

  • Scheduling: Set the frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) for reports to be generated.
  • Report Type: Choose which reports (e.g., Gate Pass, Shift Close) to automate.
  • Recipients: Define who receives the reports via email.
  • Customizations: Configure email content and attachment formats (PDF, Excel).

This setup streamlines reporting, saving time and ensuring timely delivery of important data.


To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Auto Report Setup. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
