Template Design

The "Template Design" feature in Aegis Software allows users to create and customize predefined layouts for various documents and reports. This setup typically includes:

  • Customizable Layouts: Designing templates for invoices, reports, emails, receipts, and other documents.
  • Dynamic Data Fields: Incorporating placeholders for auto-filling information like names, dates, transaction details, and company branding.
  • Branding & Formatting: Adding logos, headers, footers, and adjusting fonts, colors, and styles to match company standards.
  • Reusable Templates: Creating standardized formats that can be applied multiple times, ensuring consistency across documents.
  • Template Categories: Setting up different templates for specific purposes such as financial documents, customer communication, or operational reports.
