Guest Profile setup

The "Guest Profile Setup" in Aegis Software refers to configuring and managing detailed guest information within the system. This setup typically includes:

  • Personal Details: Recording guest name, contact information, address, nationality, and identification details.
  • Stay Preferences: Storing guest preferences such as room type, amenities, meal choices, and special requests.
  • Visit History: Tracking previous stays, bookings, and interactions to enhance personalized service.
  • Loyalty & Memberships: Linking guests to loyalty programs, discounts, or reward points for repeat visits.
  • Billing & Payment Information: Saving preferred payment methods and past transaction history for seamless checkouts.
  • Communication Preferences: Configuring guest preferences for notifications, promotional emails, or SMS updates.
