Cash Bank Entry

The "Cash Bank Entry" in Aegis Software refers to the process of recording cash or bank transactions in the system. This typically includes:

  • Cash Transactions: Entering details of cash receipts or payments (e.g., cash sales, payments to vendors, etc.).
  • Bank Transactions: Recording bank-related entries such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or payments made through bank accounts.
  • Transaction Details: Capturing information such as date, amount, transaction type (debit/credit), and the relevant account (cash or bank).
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensuring the cash and bank entries align with the actual balances, helping to track cash flow and reconcile financial records.
