Room Flash Report

The "Room Flash Report" in Aegis Software provides a real-time snapshot of room occupancy and revenue performance for a specific period (daily, weekly, or monthly). This report typically includes:

• Total Available Rooms: Number of rooms in the property.
• Occupied Rooms: Count of currently occupied rooms.
• Vacant Rooms: Available rooms ready for booking.
• Housekeeping Status: Rooms marked as clean, dirty, or under maintenance.
• Revenue Summary: Earnings from room bookings, including room rates and additional charges.
• Average Daily Rate (ADR): The average rate charged per occupied room.
• Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR): A key metric showing revenue efficiency.
• Guest Check-ins & Check-outs: Number of arrivals and departures within the period.
