Rack Rate

The Rack Rate feature allows hotels to define and manage the standard rates for their rooms. It serves as a baseline price for a room before considering any discounts, packages, or negotiated rates.

To add the rack rate, go to the Front office >> Setup >> Rack Rate.

Press Alt +2 to add the Rack Rate.  After that, you will see the following screen, then fill all the required fields. Press Ctrl+S to save the information.

You can view the added information in a list by pressing Alt +1 and then filter the result as per the requirement.

Edit The Rack Rate

To edit the Rack Rate, go to Front office>> Setup>> Rack Rate.

From the list, click on option icon and then on change button. After that, you will see the following screen, and fill all the required fields. Press Ctrl+S to save the information.

You can view the added information in a list by pressing Alt +1 and then filter the result as per the requirement.
