High Balance Report

The "High Balance Report" in Aegis Software provides a detailed overview of guest accounts with high outstanding balances or those that exceed a predefined threshold. This report is used to identify accounts that may require additional attention or follow-up for payment collection.

Key Features:

  • Guest Details: Name, room number, and booking reference.
  • Outstanding Balance: The amount due on the guest's account.
  • Threshold Exceeded: Identifies accounts that exceed the set high balance limit.
  • Room Charges: Detailed breakdown of room charges and other service-related expenses.
  • Payment Status: Tracks payments made and any pending or overdue balances.
  • Payment Method: Mode of payment (e.g., cash, credit card, etc.).
  • Date of Last Payment: Shows the last time a payment was made toward the account.

Go to the Front Office >> Report >> High Balance Report.
