Sub Head
to the process of creating or configuring a secondary category or classification for accounts that are placed under a main head. By accessing the Sub Head section under Account Setup, users can add and manage sub heads that serve as more specific subcategories within a main head. This feature allows for further categorization and organization of accounts within the system, providing a hierarchical structure for managing financial transactions. When adding a sub head, users need to specify the main head to which it belongs, ensuring proper classification and grouping of accounts.
To add for the Sub head, Go to the Account >> Setup >> Sub head.
Press Alt +2 to add the Sub head. You will see the following screen and fill up the primary information. Press Ctrl +S to save the information.
While filling up the required primary information.
Sub head should be put under Main head. You can also add the main head by clicking the plus sign.
To edit the Sub head, Go to account >> Setup >> Sub head.
From the list, click on option icon and click on change button.You will see item details list in the following screen, Press the edit icon and update all the required fields. Then, press Ctrl+S to save the information.
You can view the added information and list by pressing Alt + 1 and filter the result as per the requirements.
To sorting the Sub head, press the v Alt +3 and drag and drop the sub head according to your wish.
Press CTRL +S to save the sorting.
