Staff Profile Management

FromThe hereStaff Profile module in Aegis PMS allows you canto addcreate and manage employee information required for payroll and HR-related processes. Each staff profile'sprofile infostores foressential payroll.details such as personal information, department, designation, and employment data used throughout the HRM module.


View Existing Staff Profiles

To access and view staff profiles:

toNavigate add go to to:
HRM >> Setup >> Staff Profile.

EyeYou you canwill see a list of all staff already added staff'sto list.the ifsystem.

Within this screen, you cancan:

search
  • View existing staff profiles

  • Search staff using the filters provided in the header below the search boxes.boxes

  • picFilter here.by name, department, status, or other available criteria

Add New Staff Profile

To add a new staff gomember:

  1. Go to HRM >> Setup >> Staff profile.Profile

    click
  2. on
  3. Click the pencil icon or ALT+2.press ALT + 2

firstlyImportant:
Before creating a staff profile, you must first create the staff name in:
Application → Receivable Profile

After creating the name in appReceivable >>Profile:

  1. then,

    Return createto profileHRM from setupSetup Add→ Staff Profile

  2. Enter the employee details then(department, savedesignation, it.joining date, etc.)

  3. Save the profile

Manage Staff Profile

To update or manage an existing staff profile:

  1. Search for the staff member using the available search filters

  2. Click the three-dot menu on the left side of the list

  3. Select the appropriate option to edit or update information

This allows you to modify any staff details as required.
