Complaint

In Aegis Software, the "COMPLAINT" icon likely refers to a feature that allows users to file, track, or manage complaints within the system. It could be used for:

  • Reporting Issues: Users can report system-related problems, security concerns, or other operational issues.
  • Tracking Resolution: It might allow users to follow the progress of a complaint until it is resolved.
  • Communication: A channel for users to send feedback or raise concerns about services, processes, or experiences within the company.

To manage COMPLAINT, go to Application >> Tools >> COMPLAINT. You will see the following screen. Click on ‘COMPLAINT’ icon.
