Bill Header Update

In Aegis Software, the "BILL HEADER UPDATE" icon likely refers to a feature that allows users to update the header information on billing documents or invoices. This could involve:

  • Editing or Updating Invoice Details: Adjusting the header information such as the client’s name, billing address, invoice number, date, or other key identifiers.
  • Customizing Header Format: Modifying the template or format used for bill headers to align with company standards or client preferences.
  • Ensuring Accuracy: Making sure the correct details are displayed for billing and payment purposes.

 

To manage SHIFT CLOSE, go to Application >> Tools >> SHIFT CLOSE. You will see the following screen. Click on ‘SHIFT CLOSE’ icon.
