The "Seating Arrangement" in Aegis Software refers to the configuration of seating layouts within a hotel’s dining outlets (e.g., restaurants, cafés) for efficient guest management. It helps manage table allocation, optimize seating, and enhance guest experience.

Key Features:

  • Table Setup: Defines the number of tables, their sizes, and seating capacity.
  • Section Management: Organizes seating by sections within the dining area.
  • Reservation Integration: Ensures tables are reserved according to guest preferences and availability.
  • Real-Time Availability: Tracks table availability in real-time, helping front-line staff manage seating efficiently.
  • Guest Preferences: Allows for customization, such as special requests for specific seating (e.g., window seats).
