Outlet Counter Setup

The "Outlet Counter Setup" in Aegis Software refers to the configuration of different sales outlets or counters within the hotel (e.g., restaurants, bars, retail shops, or service counters). It allows the hotel to define:

  • Outlet Details: Name, type (e.g., food & beverage, retail), and operational hours.
  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment types (e.g., cash, card).
  • Revenue Tracking: Allocation of revenue generated by each outlet.
  • Staff Assignment: Assignment of staff or counters to specific outlets.

This setup helps manage sales operations, track revenue generation, and provide accurate billing for each outlet in the hotel.

 

Go to Point of Sale >> Setup >> Outlet Counter Setup.
