City ledger:

The city ledger is a financial record used to track transactions and accounts receivable for companies or travel agents. When you receive an advance amount from a company or travel agent, you can add it to the city ledger for accurate record-keeping.


To add advance amount received from any company or travelling agent can be entered in city ledger.

To add advance in city ledger:

Go to POS>>Transaction>>city ledger

Press Alt+2 to add the Table. You will see the following screen fill the required fields and press Ctrl+S to save the information.
