Adding Kitchen Note
Adding a kitchen note in a Point of Sale (POS) system allows you to communicate specific instructions or requests to the kitchen staff regarding the preparation or handling of an order. Kitchen notes are especially useful for customization, dietary restrictions, or any special requests made by customers.
Click on the items from the right side of the Ordering Screen to which the kitchen note will be applicable.
Click on ‘Action’ button on the top right section of ordering screen. Choose ‘Kitchen Note’ from the option.
Add the Kitchen Note and Press Save button.
