User Rights

User rights setup in inventory management refers to the process of defining and assigning specific access rights and permissions to users within the inventory module of a PMS (Property Management System). Administrators can configure user rights to control what actions and operations each user can perform within the inventory system. This includes granting or restricting privileges such as adding, editing, deleting items, adjusting stock levels, generating reports, or managing suppliers. User rights setup ensures data security, promotes efficient workflow management, and allows for proper segregation of duties within the inventory management process.

To add the User Right, go to Inventory >> Setup >> User Rights

Select the desired User from the list and allocate the access as per the requirement. You will see the following screen, fill all the required fields and press Ctrl+S to save the information.
