Room status

Room Status Setup in a PMS (Property Management System) refers to the configuration and management of different room statuses within the Housekeeping module. By accessing the Room Status Setup section, users can view and manage the list of predefined room statuses. If no statuses have been set up previously, staff members can add new statuses by clicking on the "PENCIL" icon or using the designated shortcut. This setup allows for customization of room status options, such as "Cleaned," "Dirty," "Inspected," or any other statuses relevant to the property's operations. It ensures accurate tracking and communication of the status of each room, facilitating efficient housekeeping operations.

For Room Status Setup, Go to House Keeping >> Setup >> Room Status

Here you will see main page where list will be shown of anu previously added information, if not then go to PENCIL icon on upright corner or press alt+2 which will show a page as shown below,

Here in this page we can add name of person. And after clicking Save person name will be saved which can be viewed by pressing alt+1 or clicking on EYE icon on upright corner.
