Room Status

Room Status in a PMS (Property Management System) refers to the current state or condition of each room within the property. By accessing the Housekeeping module and navigating to the Room Status section, users can view detailed information about the occupancy status of each room. This includes whether a room is occupied, vacant, or out of order, as well as the number of adults and children staying in each room. The Room Status page also offers filtering options to search for specific information and allows staff to efficiently manage room availability and guest allocation.

To check Room Status, Go to House Keeping >> Transaction >> Room Status

Here in this page we can view the status of rooms whether its occupied, vacant, adult child count and many more information as shown below in image. There is filtering system where you can search information by filtering out unwanted info.
