User Rights

User Rights in a Property Management System (PMS) refers to the access and permissions granted to individual users or staff members within the system. It allows hotels to define and manage the level of access and functionality available to each user based on their role and responsibilities.The User Rights feature enables hotels to control and regulate the actions and functionalities that users can perform within the PMS. It helps maintain data security, privacy, and operational control by assigning specific rights and restrictions to individual users.

To add the user rights, go to the Front office >> Setup >> User Rights.

Select the desired User from the list and allocate the access as per the requirement. You will see the following screen fill the required fields and press Ctrl +S to save the information.
