This report helps management assess the effectiveness of different sales strategies and optimize resource allocation.

  • Revenue Breakdown: Detailed contributions from various departments such as rooms, food & beverage, spa, events, and other services.
  • Sales Channels: Insights into revenue generated through different booking channels (direct bookings, OTAs, travel agents, corporate bookings).
  • Period Comparison: Comparison of sales performance over different periods (e.g., month-over-month, year-over-year).
  • Profitability: Revenue contribution from each channel or department compared to costs, highlighting profitability.
  • Target vs Actual: Shows how the actual sales figures compare to the planned or budgeted sales targets.
