The "Revenue Materialized Report" in Aegis Software is a precomputed report that provides a summary of the revenue performance over a specific period, storing the result for faster access. Unlike regular reports that generate data in real-time, a materialized report is updated periodically, making it more efficient for complex revenue analysis.

Key Features:

• Precomputed Data: Revenue data (room revenue, food & beverage, other services) is calculated and stored in advance.
• Performance Metrics: Displays key indicators like Total Revenue, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), etc.
• Revenue Breakdown: Detailed insights into different revenue streams (room charges, F&B, additional services).
• Time Period Comparison: Allows comparison with past performance to identify trends.
• Efficient Data Retrieval: Faster access to historical revenue data without repeatedly running complex queries.
