Reservation

The "Reservation Report" in Aegis Software provides a detailed summary of all guest reservations, helping management track bookings and occupancy. This report typically includes:

• Guest Information: Names, contact details, and booking references.
• Reservation Status: Confirmed, pending, canceled, or no-show bookings.
• Check-in & Check-out Dates: Stay duration and expected arrival/departure times.
• Room Details: Assigned room numbers, types, and preferences.
• Payment & Billing Info: Advance payments, pending balances, and payment status.
• Special Requests: Additional services, meal preferences, or special arrangements.
