Occupancy Report

The "Occupancy Report" in Aegis Software provides a detailed summary of hotel room occupancy over a specific period. This report typically includes:

• Total Available Rooms: The total number of rooms in the property.
• Occupied Rooms: Rooms currently occupied by guests.
• Vacant Rooms: Rooms available for booking.
• Out-of-Order Rooms: Rooms under maintenance or unavailable for other reasons.
• Occupancy Percentage: A key metric showing the percentage of occupied rooms.
• Guest Check-ins & Check-outs: Number of arrivals and departures.
• Revenue from Occupancy: Total earnings generated from occupied rooms.
