The "Night Audit Report" in Aegis Software provides a comprehensive summary of daily hotel operations and financial transactions, typically generated at the end of the business day. This report includes:

• Room Occupancy Summary: Number of occupied, vacant, and out-of-order rooms.
• Guest Check-ins & Check-outs: List of arrivals, departures, and in-house guests.
• Revenue Summary: Total earnings from room charges, food & beverage, and other services.
• Payment Transactions: Cash, card, and online payments, along with outstanding balances.
• Adjustments & Discounts: Any voided transactions, refunds, or discounts applied.
• Housekeeping & Room Status: Clean, dirty, or maintenance rooms.
• System Reconciliation: Matching system records with actual cash and accounts.
