Manager's Report

The "Manager's Report" in Aegis Software provides a high-level summary of daily hotel operations and financial performance, helping management make informed decisions. This report typically includes:

  • Occupancy Overview: Total available, occupied, vacant, and out-of-order rooms.
  • Revenue Summary: Earnings from room sales, food & beverage, and other services.
  • Guest Statistics: Number of check-ins, check-outs, in-house guests, and expected arrivals/departures.
  • Payment Transactions: Cash, credit card, and online payments, along with outstanding balances.
  • Discounts & Adjustments: Any refunds, voided charges, or special discounts applied.
  • Complaints & Feedback: Summary of guest issues and resolutions.
  • Forecast & Trends: Comparisons with previous periods to track business growth.
