Guest Status 

Guest Status Setup allows hotels to define and manage guest statuses based on the importance or VIP status of individual guests. By assigning specific guest statuses to important personalities, such as Very Important Persons (VIPs), hotels can provide personalized services, prioritize their needs, and ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience throughout their stay. This setup enables efficient tracking and management of VIP guests, allowing staff to deliver high-quality service and enhance guest satisfaction.

To add the guest status, go to the Front office >> Setup >> Guest Status

Press Alt +2 to add the Guest Status.  After that, you will see the following screen, then fill all the required fields. Press Ctrl+S to save the information.

You can view the added information in a list by pressing Alt +1 and then filter the result as per the requirement.

Edit The Guest Status:

To edit the guest status, go to Front office>> Setup>> Guest Status.

From the list, click on option icon and then on change button. After that, you will see the following screen, and fill all the required fields. Press Ctrl+S to save the information.
