Foreign Exchange Balance Report

The "Foreign Exchange Balance Report" in Aegis Software provides a summary of foreign currency transactions and balances held by the hotel. It includes:

  • Currency Details: Types of foreign currencies exchanged (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP).
  • Transaction Amounts: Total amounts of foreign currency bought, sold, or exchanged.
  • Exchange Rates: The rates applied to convert foreign currencies.
  • Balances: Current balance of foreign currency held by the hotel.
  • Date & Time: The period for the report.
