Departure
The "Departure and Expected Departure Report" in Aegis Software provides a summary of guests who are checking out or are scheduled to depart. This report typically includes:
- Guest Details: Names, booking references, and contact information.
- Departure Date & Time: Actual and expected checkout times for planning.
- Room Information: Room numbers and status updates (e.g., ready for cleaning).
- Billing & Payment Status: Pending payments, invoices, and completed transactions.
- Special Requests: Late checkout requests, transportation arrangements, or other guest needs.
- Reservation Status: Indicating if the guest has departed, extended their stay, or requires follow-up.
Go to the Front Office >> Report>> Departure.
