Daily Transaction Entry Report

The "Daily Transaction Entry Report" in Aegis Software provides a summary of all financial transactions entered into the system on a given day. It includes:

  • Transaction Details: Description of each transaction (e.g., room charges, F&B sales, payments).
  • Guest Information: Guest name and room number associated with each transaction.
  • Amount: The monetary value of each transaction.
  • Payment Method: Mode of payment (e.g., cash, card, or online payment).
  • Date & Time: The specific date and time of each transaction.

 

Go to the Front Office >> Report >> Daily Transaction Entry Report.
