Complimentary Report

The "Complimentary Report" in Aegis Software provides a summary of complimentary services or room nights given to guests, typically for promotions, loyalty programs, or as a goodwill gesture. It includes details such as:

  • Guest Information: Name and reservation details.
  • Complimentary Services: Types of services offered (e.g., free room nights, meals, upgrades).
  • Date & Time: When the complimentary services were provided.
  • Reason: The reason for offering the complimentary service (e.g., promotional offer, loyalty reward, staff discretion).

This report helps management and finance teams track and manage complimentary services, ensuring accurate record-keeping and preventing misuse.
