Change Rate Log Report
The "Change Rate Log Report" in Aegis Software provides a detailed record of all room rate modifications made within a specific period. This report typically includes:
- Date & Time of Change: When the rate was modified.
- User Details: The staff member who made the change.
- Room Details: Room number, type, and reservation reference.
- Original Rate: The initial rate before modification.
- Updated Rate: The new applied rate.
- Reason for Change: Discount, promotional offer, manual adjustment, or guest request.
- Approval Details: If manager approval was required for the rate change.
Go to the Front Office >> Report >> Change Rate Log Report.
