Change Rate Log Report

The "Change Rate Log Report" in Aegis Software provides a detailed record of all room rate modifications made within a specific period. This report typically includes:

  • Date & Time of Change: When the rate was modified.
  • User Details: The staff member who made the change.
  • Room Details: Room number, type, and reservation reference.
  • Original Rate: The initial rate before modification.
  • Updated Rate: The new applied rate.
  • Reason for Change: Discount, promotional offer, manual adjustment, or guest request.
  • Approval Details: If manager approval was required for the rate change.

Go to the Front Office >> Report >> Change Rate Log Report.
