The "Arrival and Expected Arrival Report" in Aegis Software provides a detailed overview of guest arrivals, including those who have already checked in and those expected to arrive. This report typically includes:

  • Guest Details: Names, booking references, and contact information.
  • Arrival Date & Time: Actual and expected arrival times for better planning.
  • Room Assignments: Allocated room numbers or room preferences.
  • Reservation Status: CGo to the Front Office >> Transaction >> Bill Re Print.onfirmed, pending, or canceled bookings.
  • Special Requests: Any guest-specific preferences or notes for personalized service.
  • Payment & Billing Info: Advance payments or outstanding balances.

 

Go to the Front Office >> Report >> Arrival.
