Start Date

Start Date in the Costing module of a PMS (Property Management System) refers to the initial date set for managing and tracking cost-related activities. By accessing the Start Date section under Costing Setup, users can define the specific date from which cost management and costing links become active. This setup ensures that cost calculations, analysis, and reporting are accurate and based on the designated start date. By setting the start date, staff members can effectively manage cost-related operations and maintain accurate financial records within the system.

To setup costing, Go to Costing >> Setup >> Start Date

Here in start date we can add date from which costing can be managed and costing link can be achieved.
