Cost extraction

Cost Extraction in a PMS (Property Management System) refers to the process of calculating the cost of a particular recipe or item within the Costing module. By accessing the Cost Extraction section, users can view a list of previously created extractions. To load or edit a specific extraction, staff members can click on the "Pencil" icon or use the designated shortcut. This feature allows users to input the necessary details, such as ingredients, quantities, and costs, to extract the total cost of the recipe or item. Cost Extraction helps in analyzing and managing the expenses associated with specific menu items or products within the property.

To Get Extraction, Go to Costing >> Transaction >> Cost Extraction

Here we can see list if any created in the page or to load or edit we can click on ‘Pencil’

Icon on upright corner or just by pressing ALT+2 to move to page as shown below which will help us to load any recipe by filling out required section and we can extract costing of that particular item.
