Property Setup

Property setup is to setup the property parameters on system. The details which you filled here will be used in different sections and once IRD live done you are not allowed to touch any fields as it affects the compliance.

To add the property, go to Application >> General Setup >> Property Setup

Press Alt + 2 to add the property setup. After that, you will see the following screen, then fill all the required data. Click on save or Press Ctrl+S to save the information.

Following fields are important to review;

  • Property Name: Here you will insert the Name of your Hotel/Restaurant and cannot be updated once billing get started.

  • PAN: Here you will insert the PAN of your Hotel/Restaurant and cannot be updated once billing get started

Edit Property Setup:

To edit the property information, go to Application >> General Setup >> Property Setup

Press Alt + 1 or you can click on eye icon at top right to edit property setup. From the list click on option icon and click on Change button. You will see the following screen and fill or modify all the required fields as per requirement. Click on update or Press Ctrl+S to update the information.

You can view the added information in a list by pressing Alt +1 and filter the result from Search, Clear or Synchronize data as per the requirements.

To print or export data to excel click on print and export excel icon at right hand side.
