Membership Point Configuration

The "Membership Point Configuration" in Aegis Software refers to setting up the rules and system for awarding and managing points within a membership program. This typically involves:

• Defining Point Accumulation: Establishing how members earn points (e.g., based on purchases, activities, or engagement).
• Point Conversion: Setting up how points can be converted into rewards, discounts, or benefits (e.g., 100 points = $10 off).
• Point Expiration: Configuring when points expire, ensuring they are used within a certain time frame.
• Tiered Point System: Setting up different point earning rates for various membership tiers, where higher tiers may earn more points per transaction.
• Bonus Points: Creating rules for awarding bonus points for special actions (e.g., birthday bonuses, referrals, or promotions).

 

To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >>Membership Point Configuration. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
