Key Manager

The "Key Manager" in Aegis Software likely refers to a feature used for managing keys related to access control, security, or inventory. This could include:

  • Tracking Key Issuance: Managing who has been issued physical keys (e.g., building keys, secure area keys) or digital access keys (e.g., for systems or devices).
  • Assigning and Revoking Keys: Assigning keys to authorized individuals or revoking access when it is no longer required (e.g., after an employee leaves or a visitor departs).
  • Key Inventory: Keeping an inventory of all keys, ensuring that keys are properly accounted for and not misplaced.
  • Audit Trail: Maintaining a record of who accessed certain areas or systems and when, helping ensure security and accountability.


To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Key Manager. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
