Exchange Rate Report.

In Aegis Software, the "EXCHANGE RATE REPORT" icon likely refers to a feature that generates a report detailing the exchange rates used for transactions involving foreign currencies. This could include:

• Tracking Currency Conversions: Reporting on the exchange rates applied to transactions, whether for invoicing, payments, or other financial activities involving multiple currencies.
• Currency Trends: Analyzing historical exchange rate data to identify trends or fluctuations in currency values.
• Reporting for Audits/Finance: Providing necessary information for financial auditing, reconciliation, or for management to assess the impact of exchange rate changes on business operations.

To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Exchange Rate Report. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
