Email template setup:

Setting up email templates is a useful practice for streamlining communication and ensuring consistency in your email correspondences.Setting up email templates involves creating standardized email formats that can be used for various purposes, such as sending out customer communications, marketing campaigns, or transactional emails. These templates help ensure consistency in messaging, save time, and maintain a professional appearance.

Process:

To add Email template, go to Application >> General Setup >>Email template setup

You will see the following screen you can implement your ideas to make the templates and press Ctrl+ S to save the information.

Edit process:

To make change or modify the default email template, go to Application >> General Setup >>Email template setup

>>select" email for" >> load default

Make the respective change in welcome and body as per the need and press Ctrl+ S to save the information.
