Cost Center Setup
Cost center setup in software involves organizing and tracking expenses and revenue within different departments or divisions of a property or hotel. Cost Center Identification: Start by identifying the various cost centers or departments within your property. These could include Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and other relevant departments specific to your property.
To add the Cost Center, go to Application >> General Setup >> Cost Center Setup
Press Alt+2 to add the Cost Center. You will see the following screen fill the required fields and press Ctrl+ S to save the information.
Edit Cost Center Setup:
To edit the Cost Center, go to Application >> General Setup >> Cost Center Setup
Press Alt + 1 or you can click on eye icon at top right to edit Cost Center. From the list click on option icon and click on Change button. You will see the following screen and fill or modify all the required fields as per requirement. Click on update or Press Ctrl+ S to update the information.
You can view the added information in a list by pressing Alt +1 and filter the result from Search, Clear or Synchronize data as per the requirements.
To print or export data to excel click on print and export excel icon at right hand side.
