Attendant Setup

The "Attendant Setup" in Aegis Software refers to configuring and managing the attendants or staff members responsible for overseeing specific operations, such as gate pass issuance, shift management, or other duties. This setup typically involves:

• Assigning Roles: Define the specific roles and responsibilities of each attendant (e.g., gate pass management, visitor check-in).
• Permissions: Set access rights and permissions based on the attendant's role (e.g., which areas of the system they can access).
• Shift Scheduling: Allocate attendants to different shifts or time slots for coverage and operational efficiency.
• Monitoring: Track the performance and actions of attendants, ensuring proper handling of tasks and duties.

This setup helps ensure that attendants are properly assigned, have the right access, and perform their duties effectively.

To see activities of all the users, go to Application >> Report >> Attendant Setup. You will see the following screen.  After that, at first select the specific user and then date to see all the activities of that user.
